Always on the lookout for something
different, Jim got to thinking about brewing black beer that looks
like stout but tastes light on the plate. "It was when passing by
the patio of a popular biker hangout in Toronto that I thought if
people started seeing bikers drinking this black beer in the summer,
they'd know something really different was going on," recalls Jim.
The result- - Waterloo Dark.
The surprisingly light and
delicate tasting dark beer has become a familiar site at popular
watering holes in Toronto, and with the large University crowd in
Waterloo. In Brick's family of 15 brands, Waterloo Darks now the
number two seller.
